Anna O’Keefe Eder, PCC

Executive Coach. Leadership Development Expert. Capacity Strategist.

Anna O'Keefe Eder spent more than 26 years inside one of the largest financial services organizations in the country, progressively leading coaching strategy, building internal coaching teams, and designing leadership development programs for thousands of advisors and leaders. In her most recent role as a Senior Strategy Leader, she oversaw the coaching and consulting behaviors of the organization — including the design, implementation, and measurement of a coaching skills program that reached more than 800 participants and produced more than $3.5 million in annual organizational capacity.

That work led her to develop the Capacity Economics Framework — a measurement approach grounded in more than 30 years of absorptive capacity research that translates coaching's organizational impact into the language of business outcomes. She is one of a small number of practitioners who has applied organizational research to coaching measurement at scale and has the data to support it.

As founder of AOK Partners, Anna brings that practitioner expertise to organizations designing coaching programs with measurable impact goals, and to individual leaders and coaches ready to operate at a higher level. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, serves on the ICF St. Louis Chapter Board as Director of Credentialing Support, and is a licensed facilitator of the Coaching Clinic, an ICF-accredited coaching skills program for leaders.

She is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and works with clients globally via virtual and in-person engagements.
