For over 25 years, I’ve had the honor of working with a diverse array of clients, specializing in guiding leaders to embrace a people-centered approach, lead with authenticity, and harness their innate strengths both personally and professionally.
I’m also a mother of three adult children who has experienced all the joy-filled and tough times and transitions of parenthood. From toddlers to teenagers, going off to college or staying home for trade school, I've learned from 30 years as a parent, advocate, and now mentor to my children. A distinction of our family's journey has been navigating facets of neurodivergence as they emerged throughout each of our lives.
